SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SAMANNA CHIC ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-2 business days for Canadians and 1-4 days for international customers, for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Statutory (Federal) holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. To track your order at anytime, you will be able to do so using the Canada Post Tracking Number provided to you. Please note that due to the postal services provided in some countries you may not be provided with a tracking number, however we will provide you with the necessary information for you to anticipate your package arrival. SAMANNA CHIC does not guarantee specific delivery times due to custom delays or any other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing and the destination. We will do our utmost best to ship merchandise to you in a timely manner.

PRE-ORDERS
Items that are listed for Pre-order are items that are in transit to our store. Those items are NOT on-hand. If you make a purchase that includes pre-ordered items, your entire purchase will be shipped once those pre-orders arrive. To avoid any delays with items being shipped we suggest you order pre-orders separately from those items that are on-hand. Please see product description for anticipated arrival date.
We try our best to have your packages shipped in a timely manner however please bare with us as at times there are circumstances beyond our control.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items listed under the CLEARANCE tab are FINAL SALE. These items cannot and will not be refunded or exchanged once shipped. Please make your selection wisely. Refer to our sizing chart in order to make an informed decision.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
SAMANNA CHIC will accept EXCHANGE ONLY on products that have NOT been worn, and is still in its original state. Accessories and Swimwear are NOT returnable, and CANNOT be refunded. If an item is defective at the hands of our staff, please contact us immediately, we will send a replacement. To exchange an item please contact us through our website email address, WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your item, with your name and proper explanation of your concern.

SAMANNA CHIC will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer. Please ensure that the information entered is correct (eg, address, name and contact info). Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item and the location of the customer. Shipping charges will be determined on a case by case basis. THESE CHARGES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. The item will ship within 4 business days of payment being verified.Once an item is shipped, any exchange shipping fee will be paid by the customer. If a package is refused, the shipping fee will be deducted and the customer will be refunded the remaining balance.
