HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

If an item is in stock, we will process your order once cleared payment has been received. Processing takes 1-2 business days for Canadians and 1-4 business days for international customers. Once your item has been shipped, please allow 1-2 days for Canadians and 5-15 days for international And United States. Please note that delivery is based on destination and custom clearance. 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

NO, we do not make custom orders. Our products are supplied from various manufacturers in North America, Europe and Asia. 

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NOT YET AVAILABLE?

YES, you are more than welcomed to pre-order items that are labelled coming soon.

WILL I BE GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, majority of our customers will be given a tracking number and the postal agency site where they can track the progress of their item. Due to the postal service in some countries, some customers may not be given a tracking a number. However you will be given an estimated time frame of when to expect your package. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

If there is an issue with your order, you can email us with your FULL NAME and what exactly you ordered. Please also state what exactly is wrong with your item and we will respond to your query as soon as possible

SINCE I LIVE IN TORONTO, CAN I COME AND PICK UP THE ITEM?

we strive to serve our local customers with the best service possible, WE DO OFFER  LOCAL PICKUP OF AN ITEM FOR A LIMITED TIME. All other items are shipped via Canada post. If you do wish to pick up your item, please email us.

DO YOU TAKE CASH PAYMENTS IF I WAS TO PICK UP THE ITEM?

We DO NOT accept cash payments, all payments MUST be made online through PayPal.
